Pair of Heavy Duty Commercial Muffin Pans - Chicago Metallic - 351F - Wolf

Auction is for a pair of commercial Chicago Metallic muffin pans.
These are very heavy duty muffin pans that hold roughly 1/2 cup or more of muffin mix.  These are BIG muffins.  A package of muffin mix like they sell in the grocery store will be lucky to fill two of these cups.
Pans are 17 7/8 inches by 13 1/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches. Each pan weighs almost 4 lbs.  These pans work like cast iron, they are meant to be heated up in the oven and then the mix put into the pans while the pans are hot.  This helps cook the inside of the muffin and puts a good crust on the bottom and sides.
Pans fit perfectly in my 30 inch Wolf steam oven. They dont fit inside the tracks like the trays that come with the oven, but they sit just fine on top of the tracks.
