Cooking Directions:

Shake the bottle well and pour 2/3 of the Grace Oxtail Marinade over 2 lbs (1 kg) of oxtail pieces. Rub the marinade into the meat and let it sit for 1 hour.

In a saucepan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add the oxtail pieces and brown evenly.
3.
Add 4 to 6 cups of water to the meat and cook in a covered pot on low flame for approximately 3 hours, until the meat is tender. (Using a pressure cooker will reduce cooking time to less than half and eliminate the need to add water.)
4.
Add the remaining marinade and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
