Return Policy:
30-days return policy calculating from the time that the shipping carrier delivered the item. Unauthorized returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Merchandise must be returned within 2 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
We have recorded all Serial Number and Service Tag# for every electronic item we sell. So please do not attempt to return/exchange something that we do not ship.
Please do not remove the tamper sticker on the access cover or you will not be able to return the item.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of my products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less my shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.
We reserve the right to test all returns. Any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee of up to 95% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.
